Better than I expected, honestly.

After ordering, EKXBike customer service contacted me promptly about shipping time, I accepted the long wait and now I finally received the parcel, the wait was worth it, this ebike is really great!

Great power and range. Amazing style. Impressive support post purchase. I bought two for my kids. One showed up in perfect working order and one showed up with a rear brake needing to be bled (these have hydraulic brakes not the cheap cable type.) Seller worked with us to get it fixed asap by providing some easy to install replacement parts. Range will depend on your speed and assistance type, ie throttle vs peddle assist. As a test we rode max speed (~33mph) for 23miles and we had 2 bars of 5 left on the batteries.

This is my first ebike and not really a cheap one . But this bicycle is so worth the money I'm 6 foot 205lb on a good day and I got it up to 36mph and I got about a sold 60 miles full throttle . Also They made it possible to run two batteries so you can ride forever and slightly more power.

This was my first electric bike. I'm very impressed with its performance and ruggedness. The tyres have been their failing. Have had 4 flats in 3 mths so I've changed the tyres and innertubes. The seat height is excellent and puts you well up above the crowds. Love it! Next one would be the EKX 21 Max!

I need help, does anybody know how to set a speed limit on the x21!? I'm living in Germany and here the speed limit is 45 kph, I did already set it on the computer on LS but it didn't change at all, then I did set the Voltage in Vol, on 5 I have it on 45 volts, it changed the speed of speed increase and it went down around 4 kph but still isn't enough... ,???

This is the most amazing bike ever. I recommend Every 10 to 13-year-old should have this bike very high quality, good mileage, and good speed one of the best bikes I’ve ever had. Thank you!

Love this bike! 2 days and it was at my door waiting to be assemble. That take 10min as it was almost fully assemble. The ride around town and in the backcountry is really nice. You can’t go wrong for that price! I give 10 star for the service I receive with support crew who was professional from start to end!

Love the bike, fast and easy to ride. Battery takes away all range anxiety. Wish pedals were higher, and this bike could definitely benefit from a drive system

I’ve tried a lot of e-bikes, but the X21 is the best. It’s amazing for both off-road and city riding. The suspension is flawless, and it’s so comfortable for everyone. The all-terrain tires handle everything 🚴🏼‍♂️

wow what a bike I was always worried bout ordering things like this online as you never no if its real or going to not turn up etc but the communication was great with the seller and took 2 month from start to finish waiting was the hardest part any way love it 10,10
