The stopping power is solid, which is important given how much this bike weighs. Suspension is a bit stiff out of the box, but it settled in after a few rides.

This is like a surron but $2400 cheaper getting over 55 mph on gps (im 147 lbs)

Love this bike. It is my 1st. ebike, so I can't compare to anything. But this thing is a tank. Built extremely well, quality seems top notch. It's heavy but I believe that makes it drive good, solid feel. I give this an A+. Service has also been great, I highly recommend this bike to anyone in the market.

The X21 Max is everything I wanted in an e-bike! It’s amazing off-road, great for city rides, and super comfortable. The suspension is out of this world, and the all-terrain tires are perfect for any surface :)

I’ve had my EKX for over a year now, and it’s been great to me the entire time. With nearly 1,700 miles on it, the bike has proven to be reliable, easy to assemble, and simple to maintain. It has powered through rain, snow, and tough conditions without any major issues.
I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone looking for a solid, dependable e-bike, and I’m already looking forward to upgrading to a newer EKX model soon.
